Another day, another dollar, it's 8 a.m.
I have my iPod on my iPhone streaming to my Bose Wave System, belting out the sweetest sounds of Amos Lee and Springsteen. Sounds like I'm at a concert, my neighbors below feel the same way. I unplug my DVI adapters from my MacBook Pro. (It's as if I almost feel like a better person when I stream Netflix from my Mac to my LG flat screen. It's so good, it really should be illegal). I sit in front of my Pro navigating through iGoogle and come across something interesting (if you do not have iGoogle, you are missing out on the essentials of life).
By the way, the last paragraph is totally irrelevant. I just wanted to prove I am a digital media wizard and have exceptional taste in music.
Now, what exactly I came across in iGoogle is irrelevant as well (i know, a lot of irrelevancy in my writing...stay with me). It was so interesting I decided to share it with all of my friends. As soon as I sprung into action, it was like the war of the worlds....only like, war of super media powers...
Do I post my special find on Facebook and hope everyone is logged on to take a look? Do I travel back in time to MySpace, comment on everyone's wall and know that 12 is the average age group in which it would fall? Do I venture to Twitter for friends to see? I would definitely go over one-forty. Would Google Buzz be a good fit- do I have enough followers that it would hit? I could get it out with a long blog post, but I only have 2 minutes at the most.
Or do I mute my iPod, turn my iPhone off, power down my Wave player, give my TV a rest, shut down the Pro, log out of Google, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and Blogger, sit down with pen and paper, and send a telegram...
